Helping You On The Path To A Pain-Free Life
Ben Revizada, Founder & Owner
Ben graduated from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in August 2022. After a personal shoulder sports injury, combined with a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and movement, this led him to pursue a career in massage therapy.
He has a strong interest in treating sports-related and acute injuries, while also supporting clients with general wellness and maintenance care. Ben’s treatment style is adaptable and client-focused, allowing him to work with everyone from high-performing athletes to individuals managing everyday aches and pains. He strongly advocates for preventative treatment, focusing on identifying and addressing dysfunction early to help clients move better, stay resilient, and reduce the risk of future injury.
In February 2023, Ben founded Ben Revizada, RMT Mobile Massage Therapy, with the goal of bringing high-quality mobile care directly to clients’ homes and office spaces. His mission is to make treatment more accessible and convenient, while helping people get on the path to a pain-free life. In addition to being a Registered Massage Therapist, Ben is a Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST) and an Acupuncture provider, and regularly incorporates Cupping Therapy and Graston® Scraping techniques into his treatments to support recovery, mobility, and tissue health.
Outside of the treatment room, Ben’s lifestyle revolves around movement and sport. Year-round, he focuses on functional training in the gym. In the Winter, he plays hockey and enjoys indoor pickleball, while Summers are spent playing Softball and golfing whenever possible.
Sophie Kalpin
Sophie earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sports Therapy from Hartpury University in Gloucester, England, before graduating from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in May 2021. Sophie has a deep passion for movement and helping people stay active, pain-free, and confident in their bodies. Her interests go beyond treating everyday aches and pains to supporting clients with sports, movement, and activity-related injuries, with a strong focus on pre-habilitation (injury prevention) and the rehabilitation of existing injuries. She also provides safe, supportive, and effective care for pre- and post-natal clients.
Outside of the treatment room, Sophie loves the outdoors - hiking, camping, and spending time in nature whenever she can. She’s an avid road cyclist and recently joined a cycling team, enjoys all sports, and previously played rugby as a team sport. A passionate traveler, Sophie is drawn to beaches and mountains, fueling her love for downhill and cross-country skiing, surfing, and scuba diving. She’s also an animal lover and spent many years riding horses competitively, which continues to shape her appreciation for movement and performance.
